This foundational course introduces the core principles of Indoor Environmental Quality in line with BS 40102-1:2023. It explores four key areas: air quality, lighting, acoustics and soundscape, and thermal comfort — focusing on how each impacts occupant health and wellbeing, and how they can be measured and improved.

An Introduction to Awaab’s Law

Duration: 15 minutes | Format: Online, self-paced

Best suited for: Housing officers, compliance teams, maintenance and repairs staff

This short-form awareness course introduces the context, requirements, and implications of Awaab’s Law, introduced under the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023. It helps learners understand how the law relates to damp and mould, who it applies to, and what actions are required to stay compliant.

Level 1 Health & Safety Within a Construction Environment

Best suited for: Entry-level construction workers, apprentices, site operatives, teams seeking CSCS eligibility

This qualification provides the essential knowledge required to work safely within a construction environment. It supports learners in understanding the legal, practical, and safety responsibilities expected on site — including risk assessments, manual handling, working at height, and safe working around plant and machinery.

Mapped to key industry standards, this course is ideal for those preparing for a CSCS Labourer Green Card, as well as organisations onboarding new site operatives or reinforcing health and safety awareness across teams.
